This camera is on Ustream and is not always live, but you will have best luck if you go on during Japanese daylight hours. This is a dashboard mounted live camera of a delivery driver in Shinagawa. It's mesmerising.

One of the ways to feel like you have been to Japan without even going there is to peruse the hundreds of live cameras around the country. In this series I will showcase some of my favorites.

To start out - this camera  is from Yumoto Station in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. Yeah, the Same Fukushima that has the Nuclear Power Plant. It's a JR East line train on the Jōban Line.
